This was not a "Tough Decision", it was a cop-out to avoid making a hard decision. What a bunch of hypocrites. The rules have been set for a reason, to identify ONE worthy individual. The liberal nature always takes the easy route and does not know how to enforce or make decisions within existing rules and laws. Next they will give away places of historical significance. Makes you wonder how these folks got elected to positions of responsibility.
