Yeah, its a TRAGEDY he can come over here and WORK indefinetly on a work visa but she can't go over there and do the same to be with him? This is all smokescreen to make people feel sorry for them for breaking the law in the first place. So NOW WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE LAWS to accomonadate these law breakers? WAH WAH WAH I have paid my price for them being here long enough, its not MY fault the health care sucks over there, etc...NOTHING is FREE in America..and THAT is what she's whining about, she will lose her free health care... WAH WAH WAH. She should have thought it through before she hooked up and married him, now we have to pay for the kid too? WAH WAH WAH. It's the same old crap, stupid women jump an any man and even marry them with out ANY long term plans for herself and her kids future. SHE KNEW HE WAS HERE ILLEGALLY. The immigration laws should have been up held better, and HE is a PERFECT example as to WHY. Maybe she never would have met him and whining about it now.

nativejax, do you know what you're talking about? She would be, if she could. See, just as we have immigration policies here in the United States, Mexico has them as well. You can't just go hang out for a while; you have to go through all the procedures of visas and citizenship if you want to reside there. Also, there's the baby's health to consider, which I'm sure has been of great concern to this young couple. Health Care in the states is much better and much more easily accessible here. To me, this case is a tragedy of the American justice system. Was it wrong for him to be here illegally? Yes. Did he do it? No. He and his wife were trying to fix the situation, and make things right. So, it's as if they're being punished for doing the right thing. We're not talking about a person who wanted to stay here and work and not pay taxes. We're not talking about a person who wanted to stay here and be a drag on the country. We're talking about a young man who tried everything in his power to become a citizen of the United States; to be a part of something better than where he came from. It's a tragedy.
