St. Johns County looking to hire lifeguards

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- St. Johns County Fire Rescue says it's in the market for some highly motivated lifeguards to man St. Johns County beaches during the summer.

Interested applicants must attend one of two orientation meetings held by the rescue department.

Both meetings will be held at the Marine Rescue Office at 366 A1A Beach Blvd.

The meetings are scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. Jan. 21 and 9 a.m. Feb.1.

are they being hired to keep folks out of the bacteria laden ocean off their beaches ??? no one in their right mind would go swimming in that sewer !!! but i think i'll get paid to work on my tan & oogle bikini laden hardbodies !!!
