sounds like he experienced what is commonly referred to as, the widow maker !!! because it strikes so quickly & severely, there is no chance to survive... coronary artery disease is the most common cause.. sounds like he had a blockage that broke free & lodged itself in the major artery that provides blood to the entire body... surely he will be missed & condolences to his family, both fire dept & blood relation..
