ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Johns County school board named its Teacher of the Year Thursday night.
Jessica Geronimo is a teacher at St. Johns County Transition School.
She works with middle school children that suffer from autism.
Geronimo has worked at the school since 2011.
