JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Three new retail stores will be opening at the St. Johns Town Center this spring.

The retail store, Tervis will be in the space that Sake House was in at the mall. The company will sell six tumbler sizes, a water bottle and mug, accessories and multiple designs to be customized for everyone.

The restaurant, Zoe's Kitchen will be next to Paul Mitchell and Crispers. It will be in the same spot that Odoba was in. The restaurant will offer Mediterranean soups, salads, fresh sides, classic and pita sandwiches, and other food items. Zoe's Kitchen will serve gluten-free items, vegetarian and vegan food to customers. Zoe Cassimus' family inspired the menu.

The retail store, Madewell is going to be opening this summer at the Town Center. It will be between the stores, Omega and Coach. The store will sell women's clothes, handbags, accessories, and shoes. Sources say the store is a modern store compared to J. Crew's clothing. J.Crew introduced the store in 2006.
