JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man was sentenced to five years in prison on stalking charges.

Charles Riggs, 52, was sentenced to five years in prison Tuesday afternoon. Riggs was convicted last week on a charge of aggravated stalking.

In March, Riggs harassed his neighbor for three weeks. Riggs made sexual comments to the woman and threatened her when she refused his advances. Riggs, a 7-time convicted felon, has convictions for lewd acts and video voyeurism.
