Angela Corey's repeated failures of ethics appears systemic. Not only does she need to be fired, every case, EVERY case that she has had any part of needs to be reopened and investigated by an outside, impartial organization. If she's lied twice, how can we ever tell when it's real?

Spot on Papakilo... and as people will say "she couldnt fire the police chief... blah blah blah" what they are evading is the fact that Im sure she was sitting in a room(with her "larger than life" ego) and had a say in his firing... she is such a "plus size" narcassist its almost Ceasar like. People soon forget about the little bonus debacle around Christmas where when everyone else was getting nothing, her and one of her cronies(only 1 now out of that whole office now) took $350K in a "fat" bonus, and her reasoning??? "It wasnt illegal..." you know what Corey? Your right, it wasnt. It was, as you are, "LARGELY" UNETHICAL. For a prosecutor you sure dont seem to have ANY grasp on the concept of ETHICAL. How about firing the head of IT just in the past few days and why? BECAUSE HE GOT ON THE STAND AND TOLD THE TRUTH!!! How is that a fireable offense? Well in Coreys "BIG" world it is... he didnt play by HER "gargantuan" rules, not the justice systems rules, but HER blob like inflated egos rules... One word for Corey? Monsterously and EXTREMELY grossly -UNETHICAL!

Papakilo Your facts are a bit off, Corey had nothing to do with the Police Chief being fired, because he was not an Elected Offical, the Mayor who appointed him could also fire him. Corey was appointed by the Governor Appointed her to prosecute Zimmerman, maybe you should take it up with him.

Corey lacks eithics. Sends lady to jail for firing warning shot at abusive ex husband. Thinks that is ok. Witholds evidence showing Martins violent past prompting one her employees to have to fall on his sword job wise and do the ethical thing she and her department did not. Why did action news not ask her about Martins cell phone texts about buying guns, fighting and more? Everyone keeps air his picture when he was 12 and believing Martin was a "good" kid when his record and past showed he would beat the hell out anyone that pissed him off. She knew this, and still tried to hang Zimmerman what does that speak to you about her ethics? Someone had to do the dirty job so she volunteers? Better to say I can't try this case for you Obama than send a POSSIBLY innocent man to jail. Voters should remember anyone that backs her in the lengthy future and do away with them in voting.

I have a difficult time believing Angela Corey is a State Attorney in the State of Florida. Most would believe she is a pawn of the Federal DOJ, media, and those seeking the public spotlight. Having the sheriff and others fired for not arresting Mr. Zimmerman WITHOUT any evidence, just because she and the loud mouths wanted their way. I believe the media and all those noisy organizations and individuals who attempted to sway “Legal Justice” and form their lynch mob attitude with the public, need to pay ALL the court and defendant costs. What kind of country does the media want, with a “guilty before being proven innocent” and “lynch mob attitude” in presenting slanted information, incorrect pictures, ignoring facts, and NOT providing honest unbiased news, which had been established as fact by a lawful authority. So now, we will be treated with more biased media against Mr. Zimmerman, as the lynch mob presses for undermining his character further. Who can you trust if, you can’t trust a state attorney to present true facts or follow our laws. Laws are there to protect the common person, not protect an aggressor who is attacking another, causing great harm and possible loss of life. Color and race have nothing to do with a case. Too many youth show little respect for elders or take responsibility for their actions physical or verbal. No one knows that a voiced threat is just hot air. A verbal threat must always be taken for real, in todays world, as there are too many irresponsible youths who carry knives and pistols. Until the day comes when police can walk every beat in the city, the average citizen must take every threat for real, and use any means necessary to protect themselves. Maybe, Trayvons’ parents should be place on trial for neglecting to teach their son RESPECT for others.
