MIDDLEBURG, Fla. -- The Florida Department of Transportation says it wants to hear the public's input on a multi-million dollar construction project that is slated to begin in 2015.

The public forum is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the Thrasher Horne Conference Center, 283 College Drive. Orange Park.

FDOT is proposing to add two lanes to Blanding Boulevard between Old Jennings Road and County Road 218 in Middleburg and rebuild the intersection of Blanding and Branan Field Road.

Construction will also include adding bike lanes, lighting, upgrading traffic signals and  removal of medians.

The project is estimated to cost more than $32 million.
