JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- It's been more than three weeks since 82-year-old George Davis was found beaten to death in his west side home, and still, no arrests have been made.

It seems like it's been forever," said, Davis's son Vincent.

Today all that has changed is the shape of Davis's home; bloodied and destroyed furniture in a rented dumpster in the front yard. Davis's family still has no answers.

Detectives told Vincent Davis they have a few leads but haven't told them much.

"I am frustrated," said Davis, "I think someone, somewhere knows something locally in the community."

With few leads to follow, the Davis family is counting on the community and MAD DADS to help. The group went door to door in the neighborhood Thursday asking the community for clues.

"This is the second time we are waking this community because why do you have to beat an 82 year old to death?" said Donald Foy with MAD DADS. "And if we don't stand up for our elderly who are we going to take a stand for?"

God speed to Mr. Davis, and to his family, I send my heart felt prayers and condolences. I also pray that this community will eventually "See the Light".

There is a terrible culture in this community of "No Snitching"….This is disgraceful! I thought the black community was a "God fearing", church going community! How can you all let one of your own suffer and die in this way, and still remain silent? You! that knows something, are a disgrace to the human race! Shame on you! ALL OF YOU!!!!!
