JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Scattered heavy rain and storms will gradually diminish by 6-7pm after dropping as much as 1-2" of rain in some spots causing a slow afternoon commute. The rest of the night will be mostly cloudy with areas of fog. Friday will be another partly cloudy, warm and humid day with late morning through afternoon showers and scattered thunderstorms.
