Strong storms roll through St. Augustine

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Storms led to a wet morning for residents in St. Johns and Flagler counties.

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning just after 9 a.m.

The storms produced wind damage along West King Street in St. Augustine and torrential rainfall near Bunnell.

Flagler County Emergency Management reported that several rural roads in the central part of the county were flooded.

The First Alert Weather team is forecasting on-and-off storms to continue throughout the remaining part of the day.
