JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Even though the warm front is well to our north in Georgia it has left behind a very moist and much warmer air mass.
As the sun breaks through during the day it will create more instability increasing the potential for afternoon and evening storms.
Since Sunday is expected to be much warmer than Saturday, a few storms will carry the potential for damaging winds, hail and even possible rotation.
Heavy rain will again be a problem for many areas with totals likely averaging about 1 to 2 inches on top of already soaked grounds.
By tonight, the storms quickly diminish and the rain ends. We are in store for a typical summertime pattern next week with very unsettled afternoons.
