JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man charged with attacking a young girl in the bathroom at Best Buy appeared in court Monday.

James Tadros, 29, pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder, false imprisonment and criminal mischief.

A judge approved a request from his attorneys to have experts evaluate him for his intellectual disability and autism.

Tadros will be back in court on October 30.
