JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The attorney for Michael Dunn is considering asking for a change of venue in his client's first-degree murder trial.

Cory Strolla told Duval County Judge Russell Healey Thursday that he's concerned about information being released about his client and this case.

Last week, jailhouse letters were made public in which Dunn described the killing of Jordan Davis. Many of the letters were seen as racially insensitive and derogatory towards the city of Jacksonville.

Healey said Thursday he did not even know the letters existed until he saw it on local television stations.

Healey issued an order to prohibit the release of any information from this point forward without the court being notified first and that any information will have to come from him.

Witness interviews are expected to be completed by Nov. 22. The judge expected the trial is on track for late January early February.
