Suspect ruled incompetent for trial again in firefighter's death
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man accused of fatally shooting a former firefighter has been found incompetent to stand trial, again.
A judge made the decision during a review hearing for Charles Pearce.
Pearce faces 2nd-degree murder charges for the shooting death of Mike McCue in Jacksonville Beach in 2011.
A judge ruled Pearce incompetent last year as well.
