Suspected serial bank robber arrested
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Police arrested a Texas man for a robbing a St. Johns County bank two months ago.
Michael Aldridge was picked up in Lee County, Florida after a witness reported he had on the same shirt he was wearing when he robbed the Wells Fargo branch on highway 210.
The FBI says Aldridge maybe connected to 18 bank robberies in Texas, seven in Florida and one in Louisiana.
Aldridge remains in the St. Johns County Jail.
