DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) - Syria says will defend itself using 'all available means' in case of US strike.

The statement comes as international support grows for military actions against Syria.

This is following a chemical weapons attack that killed hundreds of people.

Assad is monster. He has to go. Sent out mercenaries at the start of this civil war to kill entire families with death lists. Now he is using chemical weapons to attack his people. He has allied with Hezbollah and will arm them once this is over. Israel has already had to destroy some the weapon shipments. Think about chemical weapons being given to Hezbollah on regular basis. Hitler gassed Jews everyone cites that as war crimes worthy of intervention now days. Why should other leader be allowed to not step down and gas their people? I know what we are asking of our Navy I served in that area and paid heavy price for it but it must be done.

We don't have no business being over there. I am sick of ignorant people in Congress WASTING our money on other Country's who HATE us, when our own Country is failing.
