Typical Jax. Build. Build. Build. Then decide where to put things so that they can tear it up and REbuild. This has never been a pedestrian/bike friendly place. All bike/walking paths should be built OFF the main roadways. There should be a curbing at the very least. Preferably, there should be curbing and landscaping/terrain between streets/walkways/businesses. Roadways are for cars.
