Task force breaks up burglary ring

BOSTWICK, Fla. -- More than a dozen people have been arrested after a Putnam County task force breaks up a burglary ring.

Deputies formed the special unit to look into a series of home burglaries in Bostwick. Many of the break-ins happened during the day. Investigators say about $60,000 worth of guns, electronics and other items were stolen over several weeks.

Thirteen people face charges of armed burglary, grand theft of a firearm and dealing in stolen property. According to the arrest report, that includes;

Brian Brantley, Michael Carter, Victor Conception, Donna Headley, Sean Headley Jr., Richardo Herrera, Angel Jones, Loman Largen, Christopher Maze, Von Mitchell, William Mitchell, Cornell Pena, Andrew Sullivan.

Two other people, Robert Dale and Robert McCarthy, are being held in the Clay County Jail for unreleased charges related to the burglaries.
