JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Duval County teacher accused of molesting a young child is due back in court Monday.

Christopher Bacca is a fourth grade teacher at Windy Hill Elementary. He was arrested for sexual battery on a child under the age of 12.

A young boy told police he took a shower with the teacher and engaged in oral sex with him during an overnight stay at the teacher's apartment.

Bacca first appeared before a judge last week, but he will be back Monday where he will be arraigned.

He faces multiple felonies, including three counts of sexual battery on child under the age of 12 and three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Bacca faces no bond for three of the six charges and has been ordered not to have unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18.

Duval County Superintendent Ed Pratt-Dannals has requested to suspend Bacca without pay until the School Board votes on termination on August 7.
