What about the brat? The teacher was fired but was the kid given any disciplinary action, or did he go through the rest of the day with a big smile on his face & a lesson learned: "Haha! We kids can do whatever we want & get away with it. Adults can't do anything about it!".

The kid may have 'needed' choked out, but as the 'adult' in authority, the teacher only needed to kick him out of his classroom for 'disrupting' it.

I would have choked him out also. These kids need to realize you don't disrespect an adult.
