PALM COAST, Fla. -- A teen in Palm Coast is accused of senior abuse.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office says Jestina Lee, 18, pushed her 80-year-old grandmother during a disagreement.

The elderly woman told detectives she went to a shed to see what Lee was doing when the teen shoved her.  The victim fell backward over a chair. She didn't want to go to the hospital, but decided to file a report with the sheriff's office.

"It is unfortunate that this situation escalated to the point that deputies were needed, but it is fortunate there were no serious injuries that resulted from this apparent family disagreement," said Sheriff James Manfre.

The teen is being held on a $1,000 bond at the Flagler County Detention Facility.
