Teen is person of interest in financial fraud cases

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are looking for a teen wanted in a burglary that occurred at a home on Sat., May 11. They said that teen is also a person of interest in a number of financial fraud cases.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, an active warrant is in effect for 15-year-old Dashawn Riverlino Duvivier. 

In the report, a victim said Duvivier took $500 from her purse at 4580 Muscadine Ct. A witness reported seeing Duvivier open the victim's car door, hide an item in his shorts and run away, only to later bring back an item and place it back into the car. 

According to JSO, Duvivier is a person of interest in other cases of burglary that involve financial fraud. They said those cases involve fraudulent purchases made with stolen credit cards -- some totaling as much as $1,500.
