Teen killed: Dunn due in court next month

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- Michael Dunn has waived his court appearance in the shooting death of a teen at a local gas station. Dunn is facing second-degree murder and attempted murder charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis.

HE CAN SHOOT A YOUNG MAN AND CALL IT SELF-DEFENSE BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPEN HE SHOOT THAT YOUNG MAN FOR NO REASON AND TO LIE AND SAY THE KIDS HAD A GUN DROVE OFF AND CAME BACK LOOK AT FACTS THEY NEVER MOVED THE TRUCK DUNN IS THE ONE THAT LEFT THE SCENE OF THE CRIME. POINT DUNN AND HIS LAWYER IS A BOLD FACE LIE.

How can Dunn's attorney use the "stand your ground law" to defend him when he clearly violated the letter and intent of that particular law? Davis had a legal right to be where he was and Dunn confronted Davis and his friends. They did not approach Dunn. The "stand your ground law" is well written - enforce it!
