These cases are always sad to hear about. Education is the key to helping teens in these situations.

I think she should NEVER be able to 'breed' again. She did not care if her child DIED when she abandoned it...AND THE SO CALLED 'BABY DADDY' should be 'fixed' too...WHY did'nt this girls mother put her on birth control when her 'intuition' knew she was sexually active?.. I bet mommy was probably counting on another welfare check, but her daughter just wanted to get 'rid' of it.

Glad her mom "connected the dots" and hope the two who made this baby can make better decisions in the future.
