Temperatures climb this week
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- We dropped to the mid 30s on Monday morning. We had a confirmed light freeze inland as well. This morning will easily turn out to be the week's coldest. Milder air is on the way.
Minimum temperatures in Jacksonville on Tuesday will be closer to 40 degrees. High temps will be seasonal at first, but rise above average for the rest of the week...hitting the 70s later in the week.
We'll see a steady diet of clouds...which on occasion may produce a few showers. Overall, the rain expected will not be enough to help with the dry conditions along the First Coast.
