JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The local area will
not experience a freeze tonight, but temperatures will still be cold dropping into the 30s inland to low to mid 40s at the coast. Winds will become gusty out of the southwest Tuesday sending temperatures well into the 70s. A cold front will quickly roll through the area Tuesday night accompanied by showers though rainfall amounts will be light averaging less than a quarter of an inch. Behind the front Wednesday, skies will become mostly sunny again with gusty northwest winds ushering in colder air again with afternoon highs only in the upper 50s to low 60s. The increasing winds and low humidity will combine for a significant wildfire danger Tuesday and Wednesday.
