JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The place to be Saturday and Sunday was on Jacksonville Beach, and thousands were there to watch the Blue Angels fly.
Families packed the shores to watch the angels put on a show. They did their popular spins, dips and near-misses over the Jacksonville pier. And whether it was your first or 15th air show, families there say the Blue Angels never get old.
"It's just really exciting to watch. And it helps build patriotism among the people," said David Cameron.
"It is simply amazing. It looks like they are three-feet of the water and it's amazing," said Janet Braodrick.
"If I was them, I would not be able to that. I would just pass out," said Chloe Ryles.
If you couldn't make it out Saturday, don't worry. The air show continues Sunday with the Blue Angels giving their encore performance at 3:00 pm.
