JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Three men are wanted for not complying with sex offender laws.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for Warren Rayfield Thomas, Carlveto Dumas, and Howard Adams. Thomas, 38, has failed to failing to report a change in his address according to police. Dumas, 23, has not yet registered as a sex offender. Adams, 49, is wanted for not complying with sexual offender requirements.
Investigators did not release what crimes for which the men were convicted. Those with information are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS. You will remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip leads to an arrest.
