ahhh,, apparently i was correct in surmising that business as using county parking lots to supplement their income !!! those spots are for beach goers,, not some stupid restaurant that serves slop day in & day out !!! these county lots are the subject of controversy here in st. augustine on the beach,, as a new restaurant wants to open,,or expand,, & it wants to use county pier parking to meet its required parking needs !!! this was shot down by beach commissioners & rightly so... when the mouse roars,, business suffers,,, ahhh,, too bad...
