JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Tonight will remain relatively mild as temperatures drop to the lower 40s by morning.  One more mild day Tuesday but with increasing winds.  Highs will reach the mid to upper 60s before clouds thicken and a few showers develop ahead of a strong cold front.  Rain will not be significant -- averaging a tenth of an inch or less -- but the winds and subsequent temperature drop will be very noticeable.  Winds will average 15-25 mph but with higher gusts and will usher in much colder air Tuesday night with an inland freeze early Wednesday.
