JACKSONVILLE, Fla --
The First Alert Weather Center is tracking some pre-frontal showers in SE Georgia weakening as they progress eastward. Most of the activity is light and will diminsh early this morning. A different story expected for the rest of today. A cold front pushes into the area bringing afternoon and evening rain along with a threat of thunderstorms. An isolated severe thunderstom is possible later today. Expect the front to slowly move through keeping in the chance for wet weather through tonight. Otherwise skies will clear early Tuesday and cooler air will spill in for Tuesday and Wednesday.
