JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Clouds will increase but temperatures will warm through much of this week. There is no threat for frost or a freeze through the upcoming weekend. Weak weather disturbances will quickly move across the area and will bring at least some rain but amounts will not be great. There will be two primary disturbances: the first will be late Tuesday through early Wednesday with some light rain but amounts less than a tenth of an inch. The second disturbance will bring some rain late Thursday through early Friday but again amounts will not likely be significant. Temperatures will generally be on the upswing with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s through Friday though a little cooler at the beaches with persistent onshore winds.
