WARE COUNTY, Ga. -- A 40-car train headed from Memphis to Savannah derailed near Beach Highway in Ware County, northwest of Waycross.

Three containers carrying Seagrams liquor are damaged and leaking.

Crews are cleaning up the spillage.

Action News also saw some crews from the Environmental Protection Agency on site.

No one was hurt.

Action News spoke with a CSX spokesperson at 10:15 a.m. who said the tracks should be repaired and train traffic resumed in that area by late Friday night.
