JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Trash collection has been pushed back one day. City is easing the rules on what can be picked up and how much.  To find out details call 630-CITY from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

If you're regular trash day was Monday and it was not picked up Tuesday, it will be picked up Saturday.

Yard waste and recycling is also delayed by one day.

Yard waste should be 5 feet or less in length and 6 inches or less in diameter.

The mayor did say the city is easing the rules on what can be picked up and how much, but did not specify exactly what that means.

To see a list of the regular rules, visit http://www.coj.net/departments/public-works/solid-waste/yard-waste-(1)/yard-waste.aspx.
