I would like to say, the city is quite negligent in responding to calls about taking care of almost ANYTHING. It took me a YEAR to get a pothole filled, in front of my house, and to get just some BRANCHES trimmed, away from power lines, was a "pass the buck" joke. I feel so sorry for the family who now has a paralyzed teen, because of the LAZINESS of the city. I hope they sue the pants off the city of Jax.
