JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man accused of killing 17-year-old Janay Jackson after driving his car through her bedroom will go to trial in February.

Ismet Sijamhodzic's attorney represented him in court Tuesday morning for his status hearing.

Judge Charles Arnold set Sijamhodzic's vehicular homicide trial for February 11, 2013.

Sijamhodzic was arrested after he allegedly crashed his car through a bedroom killing Jackson on August 28th.

Police say he had marijuana and Xanax in his system when he ran a stop sign and crashed through Jackson's bedroom.

He will be back in court for his final status hearing before the trial on February 7, 2013.
