JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Tropical depression #10 has formed over the far Southwest Gulf of Mexico. The system should strengthen into tropical storm "Ingrid" by Friday and move northwest into Mexico late in the weekend or early next week. Some heavy rain could fall as far north as South Texas, but the First Alert Weather Center is forecasting no impact on Northeast Florida or Southeast Georgia or any of Florida. Click ** here
