JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Cooler temperatures are on the way along with some rain. Onshore northeast winds will be the primary culprit leading the charge to highs that will only top out in the 60s Wednesday. Much of Wednesday will be dry but an approaching upper level disturbance will lead to a few afternoon showers that will become more widespread Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Most areas will get at least some rain but amounts will only average a quarter of an inch or less over Northeast Florida to a quarter to a half inch across Southeat Georgia.
