UPDATE: Armed robbery suspect caught after third hold up

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- The Flagler County Sheriff's Office says the man wanted for holding up two Flagler County gas stations is behind bars.

The suspect, whose name was not immediately released, was taken into custody shortly after a third gas station was robbed.

The Mobile station on East State Road 100 was robbed shortly after 7 p.m., Sunday. That's when police say they apprehended the suspect.

Investigators believe he is the same man who robbed a BP station on Old Dixie Highway around 12:30 p.m., Sunday. The clerk there says the suspect pretended to buy a drink and then pulled out a knife and demanded money.

Police believe he is the same man who held up a Shell Station on Celico Way in Palm Coast Saturday.
