UPDATE: Missing elderly man found safe
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- A Silver Alert has now been canceled for 86-year-old Robert Klein.
Klein left a friend's home in Gainesville around 10 p.m. Tuesday. He was driving his 2004 white Subaru with Florida tag K418SH. Klein was on his way to his home on SW 83rd Way. He never made it home.
According to Klein's family, he has been experiencing memory lapses and could easily get lost.
Detectives tell Action News Klein was found safe around 12:20 p.m. Wednesday.
