You do not bump a 1st Degree Misdomeanor to a 1st Degree Felony. The next level is a 3rd Degree Felony which is the lowest level of a Felony.

UHM,, 30 YEARS FOR A NON VIOLENT CRIME ??? get real !! we have murderers who geta slap on the wrist 10-15 years for taking a human life.. we're talking electricity here folks,, not drugs of molestation !!! steal a few hundred kilowatts,, get 30 years in prison,, kill someone face 1- 25 years ??? we had that guy in jaxville who killed the guy with his truck after some event,, they gave him a year for vehicular manslaughter ??? he deliberately ran him down !!! seems our legislators have gotten their priorities confused !!! 3 years seems more appropriate for utility theft !!!
