This guy had been beaten many times by the "Drug Gang" that he worked for. I am sure they threatened his family too....WHY were they not the suspects????

Yeah. The longer this trial has gone on, the less it looks like he may be found not guilty, and the more it seems like he didn't do it at all. Shotty police work and implausible theories as to what happened. Even if this guy (no pun intended) was going to kill the strongest person in the house first, he would still have to deal with six other people who are just going to stand there and watch him do it? If it takes 10 - 15 minutes to bludgeon someone to death (a fact that no one is refuting), the prosecution contends he was wielding a bat for an hour to hour and a half. Professional baseball players can't even do that. If he was part of a more elaborate conspiracy, where's the proof? The fact that this crime had to be carried out by multiple people still doesn't show that he was involved. I will be shocked if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict.

Even if I was 'cracked up' out of my skull, I could not have killed this many people without ONE of them stopping me. He admitted to smoking 'crack'. The gangs he may have OWED them money for that crack, are not going to come out an ADMIT this. This took more than one person but the prosecution has to pin it on 'someone'.

So this guy called the cops to report the slaughter of his entire family and even tho there is no evidence pointing to him he is now on trial? I'm not grasping the concept of this story.. has he been in jail since 2009 when this happened? and what evidence got him into the court room besides his crack abuse?
