JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The weekend will be very warm with humidity gradually increasing too.  Afternoon temperatures will top out near or a little above 90 degrees inland to the mid 80s at the beaches.  As the sea breeze penetrates inland in the afternoon, widely scattered thunderstorms will pop west of Jacksonville between Highway 301 and I-75 or generally in the area between Waycross, Lake City and Gainesville.  Sunday will be a similar day but with a few more afternoon storms firing with a tendency for a few of the storms to drift toward the coast by evening.
