Video: Women wanted for attempted burglary in Flagler County
PALM COAST, Fla. -- Two women are captured on surveillance camera trying to break into a home in Palm Coast.
Fortunately, the homeowner's alarm scared them away.
The attempted break-in happened last Wednesday afternoon at a home on Egan Drive.
The two women rang the doorbell to see if anyone was home. When no one answered, the two walked around to the back of the house to try to get inside. The doors were locked. One of the women tried to pry a door open. The move set off the alarm.
The two would-be thieves were picked up by someone driving a large, black SUV. Investigators believe it was a 2005 Infiniti QX56. The SUV had a luggage rack on the roof and chrome trim panels along the doors on both sides.
