Viral video raises questions about child abuse

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The video of a backyard beating is going viral. It shows a father playing catch with his son, but the young boy drops the ball. And his dad rushes over with a belt, whips him multiple times and brings the boy to tears. The neighbor rushed over to confront the father. And now police are looking into it. The question tonight is what would you do?

I would have done whatever I could to protect this boy from that step-father. While we do not have the whole story, it would appear that this boy is being bullied by this man. Some people do not have the proper tools to be parents and this guy gives the observer proof of that. This "adult" was terrorizing this boy because he could. I must wonder what the mother thinks of this and where is the bio-father? Makes me angry when woman do not protect their children from this type of treatment. Hope this guy gets some kind of punishment.
