JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Clear skies tonight combined with dry air and light winds will make for another cool night as temperatures drop into the 50s inland, 60s at the beaches.  There will be just enough moisture moving in from the Atlantic to produce areas of fog late tonight.
Tuesday will be partly sunny and a few degrees warmer with afternoon highs near 80 degrees but a little cooler at the beaches thanks to onshore east winds.  Temperatures will continue warm the rest of the week with near record highs in the mid 80s by Thursday (Halloween) and Friday.
