Warrant issued for CVS pharmacy robber

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Detectives with the Robbery/Homicide Section have obtained an active warrant for Kevin Allen Masters, 35, of Elkton.

Masters was identified as the male suspect from an armed robbery at a CVS Pharmacy (57 Tuscan Way) on Sunday. Investigators identified him through tips from Facebook and Crime Stoppers.

During the incident, Masters entered the pharmacy and handed an employee a note demanding prescription narcotics. Masters got a hold of a large amount of prescription drugs and fled the area in a dark-colored passenger vehicle.

The sheriff's office says do not attempt to apprehend this suspect.
