JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- As of 7:30 AM on Monday morning, we had less than a tenth of an inch in accumulated rainfall in Northeast Florida, with most of that stretched along a line from Gainesville to Ponte Vedra Beach.

More rain is in the forecast, however, over the next 2 days. How much rain we get will depend on thunderstorm coverage. Yes, there is a chance for a storm later Monday and again on Tuesday. What we don't need is the lightning (which can start brush fires).
